Log No 167. Tue 22nd Oct 2013 - Day off (2563 miles walked)

There was no walking today as I had to put the camper in to the garage for it's MOT.

It only failed on a rear light but as it was corrosion on the bulb holder I'm going to have to spend tomorrow trying to get a replacement light cluster.

Wednesday 23rd Oct

I drove out to Dumfries to the Caravan Service Centre but they didn't have a unit to fit my camper, I wasn't really surprised.

The garage had said they just needed to see the light working to issue the MOT, I didn't have many tools with me but after stripping the unit and some carefully placed blue-tac I got the light working.

With fingers crossed I drove back to the garage, the light still worked and I got the MOT.

I'll be back walking tomorrow.
